This compendium initiative is made possible by the Healthy Arizona Workforce Coalition (HAWC). The Arizona Medical Association (ArMA) received a grant from the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) to bring together stakeholders as a coalition to work together to collectively address workforce challenges and to develop strategies that will positively impact those who work in healthcare. The coalition comes from every major area of healthcare as well as representing the broader Arizona community.
